PatrolSys — Security Patrol & Factory Monitoring System

Overview

PatrolSys is an internal web application that I developed as part of my professional responsibilities while working at PT. Asietex Sinar Indopratama.

The project was created to digitize and centralize the company’s security patrol reporting process. It addresses the need to manage area conditions, officer attendance, machine downtime, field findings, follow-up actions, and photographic evidence through a structured and accessible system.

As part of this project, I worked on the database structure, user interface, reporting workflow, dashboard visualization, role-based access control, image processing, report filtering, and master data management.

Security officers can create structured patrol reports based on date, time, factory location, area, team, and shift. Each report records officer attendance, workplace cleanliness and organization, PPE and first-aid equipment availability, machine operational status, machine downtime details, field findings, follow-up actions, and supporting photos.

The interactive dashboard provides summaries of machine conditions, operational percentages, area and location performance, employee absences, and recent patrol activities. Data can be filtered by reporting period, area, location, and shift.

The application also provides different access permissions for Superadmin, Admin, HRD, and Security users based on their responsibilities within the company.

Outcome

PatrolSys provides PT. Asietex Sinar Indopratama with a centralized and structured workflow for recording and monitoring security patrol activities.

Field officers can submit standardized reports with supporting evidence, while administrators and HR personnel can review operational information through dashboards, report history, filters, and printable report views.

Machine downtime records include the affected machine, number of units, cause, follow-up action, and photographic evidence, making operational issues easier to document and trace.

The project also gave me practical experience in developing an internal enterprise application based on real operational requirements within a manufacturing company.
