TakTik JKN — Participant Reporting & Follow-up Platform

Overview

TakTik JKN (Transformasi Tata Kelola Kepesertaan JKN) is an operational web application developed as part of my work for BPJS KCP Langsa, Aceh. The platform was designed to centralize participant data collection and simplify the handling of inactive JKN membership and Edabu-related cases.

The application uses a guided two-step data-entry process. PIC Faskes can record participant information and submit supporting documents, while PIC BPJS can review, approve, reject, or return reports for revision. Every important action is recorded in a report history, providing a clear and traceable workflow.

Participants can also check the progress of their report through a public NIK tracking page. When a participant checks their case, the system records the interaction and presents it in report details, filters, exports, and dashboard analytics.

Key capabilities include:

  • Role-based access for Administrators, PIC Faskes, and PIC BPJS

  • Two-step participant and report submission workflow

  • Approval, rejection, and revision handling

  • Complete report status and revision history

  • Public participant tracking using NIK

  • Participant read-status monitoring

  • Date, status, regional, and read-status filtering

  • Dashboard statistics and reporting trends

  • Excel export for participant and report data

  • Private and authorized document access

  • Image validation, compression, and metadata removal

  • Same-day duplicate NIK prevention

  • Rate limiting for public tracking requests

  • Responsive interface with light and dark mode support

  • Indonesian date formatting and regional address selection

Outcome

The completed system centralizes participant intake, report verification, revision handling, and progress tracking within a single responsive application. It improves operational traceability through detailed status histories, revision records, timestamps, and user activity.

Date-based NIK validation helps prevent duplicate submissions, while dashboards, advanced filters, and Excel exports make operational data easier to monitor and process. Participants can independently check their report progress without needing direct access to the internal system.

Sensitive supporting documents are stored privately and can only be accessed through authorized application routes.
