Water Quality Control & Monitoring System for Vaname Shrimp

Overview

This project was developed as part of my undergraduate thesis research in Informatics Engineering. The system consists of two main components: an IoT-based system for monitoring and controlling shrimp pond water quality, and a web application developed using Laravel for real-time data monitoring and management.

The IoT system collects important water quality parameters from the shrimp farming environment and enables automated or remote control of supporting devices when necessary. The collected sensor data is transmitted to the web application, allowing users to monitor water conditions in real time through a centralized dashboard.

Outcome

The primary objective of this research was to develop a real-time monitoring and control system that helps improve water quality management and supports more efficient aquaculture operations, particularly in shrimp farming.
